SpaceX rocket-on-boat landing attempt pushed to Friday, will also bring CATS to space

Time to re-mark your calenders. That attempt to land a rocket of boat we were telling you about? Well, it’s not happening on Wednesday as had been planned, but is now set for Friday, no earlier than 1:20 PM Eastern time. NASA TV will have coverage of the launch beginning at 12:15 PM.

Besides the whole landing-a-rocket-on-a-boat thing, the upper stage of the craft will also be bringing CATS to the International Space Station. As you might have imagined, CATS is an acronym for some piece of scientific equipment (Cloud-Aerosol Transport System ) and not as cool as an actual fucking cat. You can read all about it on NASA’s website.
