SolarCity deal with US Navy will power 6,000 homes in San Diego
The air force isn’t the only arm of the military Elon Musk wants to disrupt. Working with SolarCity, the navy is now getting in on the action through its Lincoln Military Housing, putting itself down for solar panels to energize 6,000 homes in the San Diego area.
